Good to know
- Arrive 15 minutes early (20 on a first visit).
- Free changes up to 24 hours before.

How early should I arrive?
Fifteen minutes before your time, twenty on a first visit. It gives you time for tea, a short health form and a change of clothes.
Can I choose my therapist?
Yes. When you book online you can choose a named therapist or anyone available. You can also ask for a male or female therapist.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Some bookings ask for a deposit — the confirmation tells you if yours does and how to pay it by GCash or Maya. It is taken off your bill.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or change free up to 24 hours before. Later than that a fee may apply; see Good to Know for the full policy.
Do you have couples rooms?
Yes, at most branches. Choose two guests when you book and we'll put you in the same room.
Is hilot safe during pregnancy?
Not in the first trimester, and only with your doctor's clearance after that. Ask for our pregnancy massage instead.
Do senior citizens and PWD get a discount?
Yes — 20% off and VAT exemption on your own treatments. Bring your ID.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Our gift cards never expire (RA 10962). Promotional vouchers may have an end date, stated on them.
What do I need to prepare for home service?
A bed or firm mattress, two clean towels and a quiet room. Our therapist brings everything else.
Are your therapists licensed?
Yes. Every therapist is trained and licensed, and we keep their licences current.

Who we are
This notice explains how the spa named at the top of this page ("we") handles your personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Our contact details are in the footer.
What we collect
When you book: your name, mobile number, email (optional), the treatment, branch or home-service address, and any notes you give us.
At the spa: a short health form (conditions, allergies, pregnancy) so your therapist can keep you safe. Health information is sensitive personal information and is kept apart from your other details.
When you send a form: what you write in it. When you leave a review: your name, rating and words, and your email if you give it.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website.
Why we use it
To take, confirm and remind you of your booking; to carry out your treatment safely; to answer your enquiry; to issue receipts as the tax rules require; and, if you agree, to tell you about offers. You may withdraw consent to offers at any time.
Who sees it
Our front desk and your therapist, and the people who run our systems for us under a written agreement. We do not sell your data. We share it only when the law requires, for example with the BIR for receipts that carry a senior citizen or PWD ID number.
How long we keep it
Booking and receipt records for as long as the tax rules require. Health forms for as long as you remain a guest, then three years. Enquiries for one year.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to damages; and you may complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Bookings
A booking made on this website is a reservation of a therapist's time and a room. It is confirmed when you receive a booking number. Some bookings require a deposit; the confirmation says so and how to pay it.
Prices shown are our standard prices including VAT. The price for a particular branch or therapist level may differ; the price is confirmed on your booking.
Changes, late cancellation and no-shows
Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your booking. Later cancellations and missed bookings may be charged as set out in the cancellation policy in force when you booked, which is recorded on your booking. A deposit paid is applied against any such fee.
Health
You agree to tell us truthfully about any condition, pregnancy, allergy or medication that could affect your treatment. We may decline or change a treatment for your safety.
Gift cards
Paid gift cards do not expire (Republic Act No. 10962) and may be used at any branch and for home service. They are not exchangeable for cash. A lost gift card can be replaced if we can verify the purchase. Promotional vouchers are separate, may carry an end date, and state their own terms.
Packages and memberships
Packages are for the named guest unless stated otherwise, and are valid for the period shown when bought. Membership terms (billing, credits, pausing, cancelling) are in the membership section and on your sign-up form.
Reviews
Reviews are checked before they appear. We publish reviews good and bad, but not ones that are abusive, name a therapist unkindly, or share someone's private information.
